摘要
目的:探寻甲状腺可疑结节的周边及内部病理形态结构分析指标与超声造影模式指标之间的相关性。方法:回顾性分析经病理证实的甲状腺结节手术患者共151个结节的病理形态结构指标与超声造影指标。结果:甲状腺结节周边血管粗细及周边组织主要构成在甲状腺良恶性结节组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),结节周边组织主要构成、周边血管的粗细程度在有无环形增强组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。良性结节周边多以粗大血管为主,超声造影多提示有环形增强。恶性结节周边多以纤维成分为主,超声造影多提示无环形增强。结论:甲状腺良恶性结节超声造影指标具有一定的病理形态结构基础。
        Purpose: To explore the correlation between peripheral and internal morphological structure characteristics of suspicious thyroid nodules and the parameters of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS). Methods: One hundred and fifty-one thyroid nodules with pathological and CEUS results were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The size of vessels around thyroid nodules and the main components of peripheral tissues were with statistical significant difference between the benign and malignant nodules(P<0.05). The major components around the nodules and the size of peripheral vessels were with statistical significant difference between the groups with and without annular enhancement(P<0.05). The majority of benign nodules were mainly with large blood vessels around the nodules, and showed annular enhancements on CEUS. The majority of malignant nodules were dominated by fiber components around the nodules, and had no annular enhancement on CEUS. Conclusion: Contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameters of benign and malignant thyroid nodules were related to certain pathological morphological structure.
