对1548名幼儿园儿童乳牙龋、失、补资料的统计分析

摘要
目的:通过合肥市某社区卫生服务中心于2018年4月对辖区内9所幼儿园3~6岁的1548例儿童口腔健康专项检查结果,了解乳牙龋失补的现状并对其资料进行统计分析。方法:对1548例在园儿童中检出914例患龋者以及从30960颗乳牙中检出的3655颗患龋的乳牙,分性别、分年龄(大、中、小班级)进行"龋""失""补"和患龋者龋均等指标的统计分析。结果:在性别比较中男女孩患龋率、齿患率及龋均比较,差异均无统计意义(P>0.05),但在男女孩龋坏填充率、失牙率和龋失补总率,都是女性高于男性,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。在班级比较中龋、失、补率都是大班最高,小班最低。结论:3~6岁儿童乳牙龋失补率女性高于男性,患龋率、龋均性别差异无统计学意义,乳牙龋失补率与儿童的年龄增长有关联。
        Objective:To study the present situation of the dmft index by oral examination of 1548 children of 9 kindergartens in certain Community Health Center in Hefei aged between 3 and 6 years old in April, 2018.Methods:914 patients suffered from caries were selected among 1548 kindergarten children and 3655 decayed teeth were checked among 30960 deciduous teeth. Dmft index, caries prevalenc rate and XDMFT of deciduous teeth were analyzed statistically according to gender and age(children were divided into large class, middle class and small class).Results: There was no significant differene with caries prevalence rate and XDMFT between different gendar, but caries filling rate, teeth missing rate and dmft rate of the girls was higher than that of the boys significantlly(P<0.05).Among different classes, caries filling rate of children in large classes was the highest and that in small classes was the lowest. Compared with maxillary and mandibular teeth, the caries prevalence rate was 57%(maxillary teeth)and 43%(mandibular teeth) respectively.Conclusion: Among children aged between 3 and 6 years old, dmft of girls was higher than boys, dmft of maxillary teeth was higher than the mandibular teeth. The gendar difference of carries prevalence rate and XDMFT was not significant statistically. The dmft was associated with the increasing age of the children.
