骨科外洗方配合针灸推拿治疗肘关节骨折术后关节功能障碍的效果和Mayo评分分析

摘要
目的探讨肘关节骨折术后关节功能障碍患者实施骨科外洗方配合针灸推拿治疗的效果及Mayo评分状况。方法方便选取该院骨科120例肘关节骨折术后关节功能障碍患者(2015年1月—2017年12月间收治)进行研究观察,按随机数表分组:常规组(n=60)、联合组(n=60),所有患者均进行康复训练,常规组另实施常规针灸推拿辅助治疗,联合组另实施骨科外洗方配合针灸推拿治疗,对比分析不同治疗方案对患者Mayo评分、康复疗效、关节活动度的影响。结果联合组治疗后Mayo关节活动范围、疼痛、稳定度、日常活动能力频分分明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=20.010、 27.885、8.391、55.771)。联合组患者康复优良率96.67%明显高于常规组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.086,P=0.004)。联合组治疗后前旋、后旋、屈曲、背伸活动度明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=53.189、4.357、26.373、14.282)。结论肘关节骨折术后关节功能障碍患者实施骨科外洗方配合针灸推拿治疗可提升Mayo评分及康复疗效。
Objective To investigate the effect of external orthopedic washing combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on patients with joint dysfunction after elbow joint fracture and the score of Mayo. Methods 120 cases of joint dysfunction in elbow joint fractures(from January 2015 to December 2017) were observed and grouped according to random number table: regular group(n=60), combined group(n= 60), all patients were rehabilitated, and the conventional group was treated with conventional acupuncture and moxibustion. The combined group was treated with orthopaedic external acupuncture combined with acupuncture and moxibustion. The different treatment options were compared to the patient's Mayo score, rehabilitation effect and joint mobility. Results The frequency range of Mayo joint activity, pain, stability and daily activity ability in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group,the different was statistically significant(t=20.010, 27.885, 8.391, 55.771). The excellent and good rate of recovery in the combined group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than that in the conventional group 80.00%,the different was statistically significant(χ2=8.086, P=0.004). The anterior, posterior, flexion, and dorsal extension activities of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group,the different was statistically significant(t=53.189, 4.357, 26.373, 14.282). Conclusion The treatment of joint dysfunction in patients with joint dysfunction after elbow joint surgery can improve the Mayo score and rehabilitation effect.
