显微镜辅助颈前路减压自锁式颈椎融合器治疗颈椎病20例

<正>颈椎病和颈椎间盘突出症是颈椎退行性改变导致脊髓、神经根和(或)脊髓血供障碍引起的脊髓神经根功能障碍性疾病。前路颈椎间盘切除融合术(anterior cervical discectomy and fusion,ACDF)是治疗颈椎病的金标准~([1～4]),经典前路椎间植骨或Cage加前路钢板内固定已取得良好的临床疗效,但螺钉松动、断裂、钢板移位以及钢板刺激食管导致术后吞
