摘要
目的探讨下颌前导对大鼠髁突软骨细胞骨形成蛋白-2(BMP-2)含量的影响。方法 64只雄性SD大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组大鼠全天佩戴自制的前导装置,对照组不佩戴矫治器。于第0、1、3、5天及第1、2、4、8周分别处死各组大鼠,应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)定量检测、分析大鼠髁突软骨内BMP-2的含量变化。结果 (1)与对照组比较,实验组大鼠髁突软骨BMP-2含量增高,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。随加力时间进展,BMP-2含量也随之改变,各时间点BMP-2含量比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.011)。(2)下颌前导加载后髁突软骨细胞BMP-2含量与时间呈二次项(抛物线)模型趋势,体现一定的时间节律(P=0.000)。结论下颌前导能够促进髁突软骨细胞BMP-2的释放含量,从而可能参与髁突软骨的骨改建过程。
Objective To observe the changes of Bone Morphogenetic Protein-2( BMP-2) in the cartilage of rat condyle after mandibular constantly advancement and its impact on the condylar cartilage. Methods A total of 64 male rats were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. In the experimental group,each rat were worn on the bite-jumping appliances in order to advance the mandible for 24 hours. The rats were executed in each group after 0 d,1 d,3 d,5 d,1 w,2 w,4 w and 8 w. BMP-2 content was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA). Results( 1) The BMP-2 content was increased in the condylar cartilage. Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P = 0. 000). Along with the strength time progress,BMP-2 content also changed,the BMP-2 content of each time point was different significantly( P = 0. 011).( 2)After wearing of bite-jumping appliances,BMP-2 content in the mandibular condylar chondrocytes and time present a quadratic trend( parabolic) model,and reflect a certain amount of time rhythm( P = 0. 000). Conclusion The bite-jumping appliance can promote the release of the condylar chondrocytes BMP-2 levels,which could participate in the process of condylar cartilage bone reconstruction.
