茸脂生骨胶囊联合阿法骨化醇治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死的临床效果

摘要
目的探讨茸脂生骨胶囊联合阿法骨化醇治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死的临床效果。方法选取2015年8月至2018年2月我院收治的126例早期股骨头缺血性坏死患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为治疗组(n=63)和对照组(n=63)。治疗组给予茸脂生骨胶囊联合阿法骨化醇治疗;对照组给予仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗。比较两组患者髋关节疼痛评分、髋关节Harris评分、坏死骨吸收情况。结果治疗3、6个月时,治疗组髋关节静息疼痛VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2、3、6个月时,治疗组髋关节活动疼痛VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1、2、3个月时,治疗组髋关节Harris评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组第1、2疗程结束时的坏死修复率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论茸脂生骨胶囊与阿法骨化醇联合应用治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死,可有效缓解患者疼痛、改善髋关节功能,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Rongzhi Shenggu capsule combined with alfacalcidol in the treatment of early avascular necrosis of femoral head. Methods A total of 126 patients with early avascular necrosis of femoral head admitted in our hospital from August 2015 to February 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into treatment group(n=63) and control group(n=63) according to random number table method. The treatment group was treated with Rongzhi Shenggu capsule and alfacalcidol, while the control group was treated with Xianling Gubao capsule. The hip pain score, hip Harris score and necrotic bone absorption were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS score of resting hip pain in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group at 3 and 6 months(P<0.05).The VAS score of activing hip pain in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group at 2, 3 and 6 months(P<0.05). The Harris score of the hip joint in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group at 1, 2 and 3 months(P<0.05). The rate of necrosis repair in the treatment group at the end of the first and second courses of treatment was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of Rongzhi Shenggu capsule and alfacalcidol can effectively relieve pain and improve hip function of patients with early avascular necrosis of femoral head,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
