摘要
目的:观察雪莲细胞培养物的活血化瘀及抗子宫内膜异物炎症的作用。方法:以注射肾上腺素加冰浴的方法建立大鼠急性血瘀模型进行血液流变学检测(全血黏度、血浆黏度、血浆纤维蛋白原含量、红细胞压积、血小板聚集率),以子宫引入异物的方法建立大鼠子宫内膜炎症模型,观察致炎子宫肿胀程度并检测炎性介质。结果:连续给药7 d,雪莲细胞培养物低剂量组(35mg/kg)可明显降低急性血瘀模型大鼠的血浆纤维蛋白原含量,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义;雪莲细胞培养物高、中、低剂量组(140、70、35 mg/kg)可明显降低全血黏度10、全血黏度200,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义;雪莲细胞培养物高、中剂量组(140、70 mg/kg)对于大鼠子宫内膜异物的炎症有显著抑制作用,可以明显降低致炎子宫的肿胀率;雪莲细胞培养物高、中、低剂量组(140、70、35 mg/kg)可明显降低致炎大鼠血清中TNF-α含量,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:雪莲细胞培养物具有一定的活血化瘀作用,对大鼠子宫内膜炎症有一定的抑制作用。
        Objective: It aimes to observe the effects of cell culture of Saussurea involucrate on activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis on acute blood stasis model and anti-inflammatory on endometrial inflammation rat.Method: The acute blood stasis model on rats is created by injecting epinephrine and inflammation model on rats is created by putting plastic pipe in the womb,followed by detecting hemorheology( whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,blood plasma fibrinogen content and erythrocyte deposited,platelet aggregation rate) and inflammatory swelling degree. Results:Compared with the model group,the low dose( 35 mg/kg) was significantly lower than that of model group on the plasma fibrinogen content of acute blood stasis model rats. The different dose( 140、70、35 mg/kg) could significantly decrease the whole blood viscosity 10 and the whole blood viscosity of 200 with significant differences. The high and middle dose groups( 140、70 mg/kg) of Saussurea involucrata could significantly reduce the swelling rate of the uterus,which showed a certain dose-effect relationship.( 140、70、35 mg/kg) could significantly decrease the level of TNF-α in serum of inflammatory cells,which was significantly different from that of model group. Conclusion: Cell culture of Saussurea involucrate has the effect on activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and anti-inflammatory on Endometrial inflammation rat.
