高等医学院校临床实习质量影响因素分析及对策

摘要
医学是与人类生命和健康息息相关的科学,是一门实践性极强的学科。临床实习作为医学人才培养过程中的重要组成部分,是评价医学教育质量的重要指标之一。虽然我国医学教育模式在不断进行探索和改革,但由于目前医疗体制和高等医学教育的现状,许多医学院校临床实习质量受到了各种因素的影响。通过对临床带教教师以及临床实习生进行问卷调查,找出临床实习教学运行中各环节存在的问题,总结影响临床实习质量的因素并提出合理化建议,从而提高临床实习质量。
Medical science,as a discipline strongly stressed on practice,is closely correlated with life and health of human beings.As a vital component of training up qualified personnel of medicine,clinical internship is one of the important contents for measuring the quality of medical education.For many years the education mode of medicine of China has been consistently exploring and reforming.However,due to the current situation of medical system and medical higher education of China,the quality of clinical internship in many medical academies is impacted by several kinds of factors.A questionnaire survey was conducted among clinical teachers and clinical majors,trying to find out all kinds of issues existing in each step of clinical internship.To summarize the factors affecting the quality of clinical practice and put forward reasonable suggestions,so as to improve the quality of clinical practice.
