摘要
设计了弹载高冲击三维加速度存储测试仪,以C8051F506单片机为核心处理芯片,通过硬件电路和软件程序实现了高冲击三维加速度信号的调理,数据采样、存储,数据回读等功能。通过强化灌封、保护壳体设计、加机械滤波垫方式保证测试仪抗高冲击过载能力。利用该测试仪进行硬目标侵彻试验,试验结果表明,测试仪能够准确地记录试验弹侵彻过程的全弹道三维加速度曲线,在48 000 g冲击载荷下能够正常工作,满足三维高冲击加速度测试的需要。
A high impact three-dimensional acceleration storage tester is designed. The C8051 F506 microcontroller is applied in the tester as the core processing chip. Through the hardware circuit and software program,the signal conditioning,data sampling,storage and readout function of high-impact three-dimensional acceleration can be implemented. The anti-high impact overload capacity of the tester is guaranteed by strengthening the potting,protecting the shell design and adding the mechanical filter pad.The hard target penetration test is carried out using the tester. The results turn out that the tester can accurately record the full ballistic three-dimensional acceleration curve of the projectile penetration process and work properly in the 48 000 g impact load,meeting the requirement of three-dimensional acceleration test.
