摘要
本文目的是提取木香中的挥发油,并对挥发油的化学成分进行分析。采用有机溶剂法提取木香的挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用法对挥发油进行化学成分的分析鉴定,并用面积归一化法测定各组分的质量分数。结果显示,乙酸乙酯提取药材中挥发油收率为10.24%,从挥发油中共鉴定了54种化学成分,其中含量较高的成分包括去氢木香内酯(39.13%)、二氢去氢木香内酯(14.36%)、木香烃内酯(2.75%)、单紫杉烯(6.18%)、愈创木烯(2.09%)、β-榄香烯(1.57%)、α-木香醇(1.53%)。用该方法能为木香药材的质量鉴别提供较好的依据。
The Objective of this paper is to extract the volatile oil from Aucklandia lappa Decne and analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil. The volatile oil of Aucklandia lappa Decne was extracted by organic solvent method. The chemical constituents of volatile oil were were analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). The relative percentage of each component was determined by area normalization method. The Results showed that the yield of volatile oil extracted by ethyl acetate was 10.24%. A total of 54 chemical constituents were identified from the volatile oil including Dehydrocostus lactone(39.13%), di-hydrocostuslactone(14.36%), costunolide(2.75%), taxanes(6.18%), guaiacene(2.09%), beta-elemene(1.57%) and alpha-costol(1.53%).
