摘要
介绍了一种空气轴承技术的实例应用,提出将该技术嫁接到静重式力标准机上。通过使用空气轴承支撑为平衡力臂杠杆提供了一个单一自由度的支撑,实现了主轴方向无摩擦自由旋转,限制了主梁其他方向的自由度,减小了摩擦力,确保了砝码加卸时的准确定位。在控制系统上采用经典的"静重砝码式"的力值计量标准装置,采用微机作为中央控制器,实现对力标准机的集中控制管理。通过伺服控制系统进行精确控制调整,全部工作过程由微机集中统一管理控制,实现装置的全自动工作。整台标准装置达到0.03级的精度,其测量不确定度为U_(rel)=0.005%,也达到了对于静重式力标准的精度要求。这是一次空气轴承在力标准机上应用的创新之举,也给空气轴承技术在工程上的应用提供了新的启发。其最终的成型,也将为静重式力标准机在微小力值领域上的发展起到了积极的推动作用。
        This article introduces an example of application of air bearing technology, and proposes to graft this technology into static force standard machine. The air bearing support provides a single degree of freedom support for the balance arm lever, realizes the free rotation without friction in the direction of the spindle, limits the degree of freedom in other directions of the main beam, reduces the friction force, and ensures the accurate positioning of the weights during loading and unloading. In the control system, the classical "static weight type" force measurement standard device is adopted. The control system of the device is structurally combined with the host computer, and the micro-computer is used as the central controller to realize centralized control and management of the force standard machine. Through precise control and adjustment of the servo control system, the whole working process is centralized and unified management and control by the computer, and the automatic operation of the device is realized. The accuracy of the whole standard device reaches 0.03, and the uncertainty of measurement is 0.005%. This is an innovation in the application of air bearing in force standard machine, and also provides new inspiration for the application of air bearing technology in engineering. Its final formation will also play a positive role in promoting the development of static force standard machine in the field of micro-force.
