经直肠黑白B超在经会阴前列腺穿刺中的应用

摘要
目的探讨杆状经直肠黑白B超在经会阴前列腺穿刺活检中的应用价值。方法在经直肠黑白超声定位下行经会阴前列腺穿刺活检273例,对穿刺手法、结果、准确性以及术后感染和周围脏器的损伤情况进行回顾性分析。结果 273例患者一次性穿刺成功率为95.9%(262/273)。穿刺后无明显血尿,穿刺过程中无膀胱、直肠等脏器损伤。结论杆状经直肠黑白B超引导下经会阴前列腺穿刺活检术经济实惠、取材容易、穿刺较精确,穿刺活检阳性率较高,安全、有效,有利于基层医院的推广,但需要经过适当的培训掌握相关的B超手法后才能完成。
Objective To investigate the value of common transrectal B-ultrasound in perineal puncture biopsy. Methods Prostate biopsy through the perineum by Mindray transrectal B-ultrasound was performed on 273 cases.The puncture technique,the results of the puncture,the accuracy of the specimen,the infection before and after surgery,and the damage of surrounding organs were retrospectively analyzed. Results One-time success rate of puncture of 273 patients was 95.9%(262/273).The puncture time was 18-30 minutes with an average of(24±6)min.There was no obvious hematuria during the operation,and there were no injuries such as bladder or rectum during the operation. Conclusions The common transrectal B-ultrasound has the advantages of low cost,easily available materials and accurate puncture.The positive rate of puncture biopsy is high,which is conducive to the promotion of primary hospitals.It's safe and effective.However,aproperly trained puncture method is required.
