摘要
随着工业的发展,尤其是汽车工业对高品质润滑油的需求量越来越大,而通过高压加氢工艺生产的润滑油基础油具有硫氮含量低、芳烃含量低、粘度指数高、低温流动性好等特点,能够保证润滑油的高品质。另外全加氢型润滑油生产工艺"三废"排放少、产品质量高,除能生产高端润滑油外,生产的石脑油、航煤、柴油等副产品品质也很高,能够满足环保节能的要求。本文围绕某石化40wt/a高压加氢润滑油基础油装置,对润滑油基础油加氢处理工艺进行分析,探究工艺条件对润滑油基础油的影响。
        With the development of industry, especially the automobile industry, the demand for high quality lube is increasing. The base oil of the lubricating oil produced by high pressure hydrogenation process has the characteristics of low sulfur and nitrogen content, low aromatic hydrocarbon content, high viscosity index and good low temperature fluidity, which can ensure the high quality of lubricating oil. In addition, the fully hydrogenation type lubricating oil production process has less emissions and higher quality. Besides producing high-end lubricants, the quality of the by-products such as naphtha, aviation coal and diesel oil is also very high, which can meet the requirements of environmental protection and energy saving. In this paper, the hydro-treating process of the base oil of lubricating oil is analyzed around a petrochemical 40 wt/a high pressure base oil of hydrogenated lube, and the influence of process conditions on the base oil of the lubricating oil is explored.
