摘要

随着国内市场对高品质岩棉产品需求越来越大,企业对岩棉生产线水平的要求也越来越高。目前国内大部分岩棉生产线都是半自动或手动控制,效率低下,造成控制系统水平无法满足当前岩棉行业发展需求。所以,介绍了一种性价比较高的、基于西门子现场工业总线的智能网络化控制方案。
        With the increasing demand for high-quality rock wool products in the domestic market, enterprises are increasingly demanding the level of rock wool production lines. At present, most of the rock wool production lines in China are semiautomatic or manual control, and the efficiency is low, resulting in the level of control system not meeting the current development needs of the rock wool industry. Therefore, a cost-effective intelligent networked control scheme based on Siemens field industrial bus is introduced.
