摘要
根据家用多联机系统的特点,通过系统部件的联合控制替代热气旁通系统设计。针对压缩机启动前的压力平衡、吸气压力过低时制冷剂的补偿、低负荷条件下高压卸载等方面进行试验验证。试验结果表明,采用系统部件联合控制,不仅能够实现热气旁通的等效效果,还可以减少系统的复杂度。
Based on the characteristics of residential multi-connected air conditioner,the hot-gas bypass is replaced through the combined control of system components.The test verification is conducted on pressure balance before compressor start-up,refrigeration compensation at low suction pressure,high pressure unloading under low load and other aspects.The test results show that the equivalent effect of hot-gas bypass can be achieved by the combined control of the system components,and the complexity of the system is also reduced.
