摘要
红外检测作为电流互感器(CT)带电检测的重要手段,能快速、实时地带电检测和诊断出设备的大多数异常发热缺陷,防止出现故障。文中首先分析了广州电网自2005年来电流互感器红外带电检测开展的工作质效,发现红外检测可有效检测高压电流互感器缺陷。然后具体分析了一起红外检测发现的220 kV倒置式CT综合致热型缺陷,从现场高压介损试验、绝缘油试验以及局放试验多方法、多维度相结合对发现异常的电流互感器进行了综合诊断分析,明确了异常CT内部缺陷存在。最后通过停电检修解体,发现了异常CT膨胀器内部缺油,器身存在褶皱和泡沫状异物等缺陷,为该型CT的运维提供了经验借鉴。
        Infrared detection is one of the important on-live detection techniques for current transformer(CT). By usingthis technique,most cases of the overheating and discharge faults of CT can be detected and diagnosed quickly,therebypreventing certain failures. In this paper,the quality and efficiency of the on-live infrared detection for the CTs inGuangzhou electric power company since 2005 is analyzed firstly. It indicates that the on-live infrared detection can de-tect the faults of the high voltage current transformer effectively. Then a family defect of a 220 kV inversion current trans-former found by an infrared live detection is analyzed in detail. Combined with dielectric loss test,insulation oil test andpartial discharge(PD)test,a comprehensive diagnosis of the abnormal current transformer is carried out,and the exis-tence of the internal defects in the abnormal CT is clearly defined. Finally,through the maintenance the defects in the ab-normal CT are found,such as lack of oil inside the expander and folds and foamy foreign body inside the expander.
