穴位注射在五联法治疗周围性面神经麻痹中的作用及相关机理分析

摘要
目的:探讨穴位注射在"五联法"治疗周围性面神经麻痹中的作用及相关机理分析。方法:随机选取2013年3月到2015年3月入扬州市中医院门诊行周围性面神经麻痹治疗的患者168例,经确诊后随机分为2组,其中治疗组84例,采用包含穴位注射的"五联法"治疗,对照组84例,采用不包含穴位注射的"四联法"治疗,利用H-B分级量表和疗效评判标准记录治疗情况。结果:两组疗法均有效,但是治疗组接受治疗后4次、8次、13次后与治疗前相比,疗效差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05);而对照组在治疗13次后差异有统计学意义;治疗过程中进行组间比较,治疗4次、8次、13次时,两组患者症状积分差异显著(P<0.05),说明治疗组疗效优于对照组;在总有效率上,治疗组98.8%,对照组88.1%。结论:穴位注射在"五联法"治疗周围性面神经麻痹中具有重要作用,能够明显提高治疗有效率。
Objective: To investigate the acupoint injection in "Five- linking Method"and the relevant mechanism of peripheral facial paralysis of analysis therapy. Methods: Randomly selected from March 2013 to March 2015 in the patient's Yangzhou Hospital of TCM outpatient peripheral facial paralysis treated 168 patients after diagnosis were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group had 84 cases,the use of acupoint injection contains"Five-linking Method"treatment,the controlled group had 84 cases,did not include the use of acupoint injection of " Four-linking Method "treatment,the use of HB gradingscale and efficacy criteria recorded treatment. Results: The treatments were effective,but four times,eight times,thirteen times compared with that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05); and the controlled group only obtained effect after 13 times of treatment,the difference was statistically significant. Compared between the two groups in the course of the treatment,treating four times,eight times,thirteen times,the symptom scores were significantly different( P<0. 05),the effect of the treatment group was superior to the controlled group. In total efficiency,the treatment group was 98. 8%,88. 1% in the controlled group. Conclusion: It has important role of acupoint injection for treating peripheral facial paralysis in "Five-linking Method",can significantly improve treatment efficiency.
