中医药调控胃癌细胞凋亡作用机制

摘要
细胞凋亡是一种程序性细胞死亡,与肿瘤的发生发展及治疗密切相关。中医药在胃癌的防治过程中发挥了重要的作用。中医药可以通过多个信号通路促胃癌细胞凋亡。如四藤方、山慈菇、蛇六谷等中药可通过线粒体通路促胃癌细胞凋亡。抗癌灵、南蛇藤、重楼总皂苷等中药可通过死亡受体通路诱导胃癌细胞凋亡。木犀草素、杠柳毒苷、榄香烯等中药可通过调控MAPK通路促胃癌细胞凋亡。南蛇藤、蟾蜍灵、木犀草素等中药可通过影响PI3K/Akt通路促胃癌细胞凋亡。熊果酸、紫杉醇和冬凌草甲素衍生物Geridonin可以通过Pten信号通路促进胃癌细胞凋亡。
Apoptosis is a kind of programmed cell death,which is closely related to the pathogensis,development and treatment of cancer. Chinese medicine has played an important role in the prevention and treatment of gastric carcinoma,it can promote apoptosis through regulating multiple signal pathways,such as Siteng Formula,Shancigu and Sheliugu can promote apoptosis of gastric cancer cells through mitochondrial pathway. Luteolin,Periplocoside and Elemene promote apoptosis by regulating the MAPK pathway in gastric cancer cells. Nansheteng,Bufalin and Luteolin affect PI3 K/Akt pathway to induced apoptosis. Ursolicacid,Geridonin and Paclitaxel induce apoptosis through PTEN signal pathway.
