滋补脾阴方药对脾阴虚大鼠空肠组织黏蛋白表达的影响

摘要
目的观察滋补脾阴方药对脾阴虚大鼠空肠组织黏蛋白(MUC)表达的影响,探讨其相关作用机制。方法将大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组和滋补脾阴方药组。采用复合方法建立脾阴虚证动物模型,连续38 d,滋补脾阴方药组于造模第25~38日予滋补脾阴方药药液灌胃,正常对照组和模型组予生理盐水灌胃。免疫组化观察大鼠空肠组织MUC的表达。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠空肠组织MUC2蛋白表达有降低趋势,MUC3和MUC5AC蛋白表达明显升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,滋补脾阴方药组大鼠MUC2蛋白表达有上调趋势,MUC3蛋白表达明显降低(P<0.001),MUC5AC蛋白表达有下调趋势。结论滋补脾阴方药可改善脾阴虚模型大鼠MUC的表达。
        Objective To observe the effects of Zibu Piyin Recipe on MUC expression in rats with spleen-yin deficiency; To discuss the relevant mechanism of action. Methods The rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group and Zibu Piyin Recipe group. The animal model of spleen-yin deficiency syndrome was established by compound method for 38 days. Zibu Piyin Recipe group was given Zibu Piyin Recipe for gavage during d25-d38 of modeling, the normal control group and the model group were given nornal saline for gavage. The expression of MUC of colon tissues was observed by immunohistochemistry. Results Compared with the normal control group, the expression of MUC2 protein in the model group was has a downward trend, and the expressions of MUC3 and MUC5 AC protein increased(P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the expression of MUC2 protein in Zibu Piyin Recipe group was has an upward trend. Expression of MUC3 protein was significantly decreased(P<0.001), and expression of MUC5 AC protein was has a downward trend. Conclusion Zibu Piyin Recipe can improve the MUC expression of spleen-yin deficiency model rats.
