基于EDEM的薯土分离机构数值分析与模拟

摘要
为寻找甘薯收获机薯土分离机构的最佳设计及运动参数,基于对4GS-1500型链杆式升运器薯土分离机构损伤机理的研究及薯土混合物料和链杆式升运器的运动特点,将薯土混合物视为颗粒流,利用离散单元软件EDEM(Engineering Discrete Element Method)进行仿真分析,从其损伤机理出发,以甘薯与机具碰撞所受法向力、碰撞次数及工作效率作为指标,分析甘薯在不同条件下的损伤程度的变化。仿真结果表明:链杆线速度与工作效率及甘薯损伤率不成线性关系,线速度为2.1m/s时工作效率较高,且损伤程度较低;杆直径为16mm、链杆间距为75mm时,甘薯碰撞受力较小,薯土分离效果良好;添加对链杆升运器倾斜角度的多水平仿真分析,并得到倾角在24°时伤薯状况较好。仿真模拟结果与试验结果基本吻合,表明了利用EDEM对薯土分离机构进行数值模拟的正确性和可行性,并为今后甘薯收获机械的发展提供一种有效的模拟手段。
        For the optimum design and motion parameters for sweet potato harvester potato soil separation mechanism,this paper studies on the 4 GS-1500 type rod chain elevator potato soil separation mechanism based on the mechanism of injury,from the characteristics of the mixture of soil and the movement of the rod,the mixture of potatoes is treated as a stream of particles,using the discrete element software EDEM( engineering discrete element method) for simulation analysis,based on the damage mechanism,the damage degree of sweet potato under different conditions was analyzed by using the normal force,the number of impacts and the working efficiency of sweet potato and machine collision. The simulation results show that the linear velocity of the link line is not linear with the efficiency of the sweet potato,and the linear velocity is 2. 1 m/s; the working efficiency is high and the damage degree is low; rod diameter of 16 mm,the rod spacing of 75 mm when the sweet potato collision force is small,the soil separation effect is good; In addition,the multi-level simulation analysis of the inclination angle of the chain hoist is added,and the inclination angle is better at 24 °.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results,which indicates the correctness and feasibility of the numerical simulation of the potato soil separation mechanism by EDEM,and provide an effective simulation method for the development of sweet potato harvesting machinery.
