双肺移植术患者自体血回输的护理配合

摘要
目的分析双肺移植术患者自体血回输的护理方法。方法选取2016年4月—2017年4月实施肺移植术的10例患者作为研究对象。在手术过程中,所有患者均采用自体血回输,对所有患者的护理配合方法和护理效果进行相关性分析。结果 10例患者均顺利完成手术,术中平均出血量(1 105.3±253.3)ml,平均自体血回输量(625.3±56.0)ml。10例患者经护理后未发生输血反应。护理后的SDS评分和SAS评分均低于护理前,护理前后对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对肺移植术自体血回输患者,要做好术前的相关准备,术中密切观察患者的病情变化,做好和医生的密切配合,可促进手术的顺利实施。
Objective To analyze the nursing methods of autologous blood transfusion in patients undergoing double lung transplantation. Methods 10 patients undergoing lung transplantation from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the research subjects. During the operation, autologous blood transfusion was used in all patients, and the correlation between nursing cooperation methods and nursing effect was analyzed. Results 10 cases of patients were successfully operated. The average blood loss(1 105.3 ± 253.3) ml and the average autologous blood volume(625.3 ± 56.0) ml in 10 cases were successfully completed. 10 patients had no blood transfusion after care. The SDS scores and SAS scores after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing, and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion It is necessary to do the preparation of autologous blood transfusion in lung transplantation. The close observation of the condition of the patient and the close cooperation with the doctor can make the operation smoothly.
