摘要
采用Fluent软件,对煤矿乏风氧化床内置换热器翅片几何特性对换热器取热的影响进行了研究,研究结果表明:煤矿乏风氧化床内置翅片换热器的取热率总大于对应光管换热器的取热率,同时随着翅片面积的增大,换热器取热率增大,但增大到一定值后不再增大;同时翅片间距由小逐渐增大时,氧化床内置翅片换热器的取热率先增大后减小,存在取热率的极大值。
        Using Fluent software, the effect of geometric characteristics of the fin heat exchanger embedded in coal mine ventilation air methane oxidation bed is studied, the results show that: the heat extraction rate of the fin heat exchanger embedded in the coal mine ventilation air methane oxidation bed is greater than that of light tube heat exchanger, with the increase of the area of the fin, the heat extraction rate of the heat exchanger increases, and only increase to a certain value;the spacing of the fins increases gradually, the heat transfer heat extraction rate first increases and then decreases, and has the maximum value.
