摘要
为实现自动化采煤,需要实现煤岩分界面的自动确定。本文介绍了采煤机记忆截割的工作原理,并根据采煤机截割系统的特点,选择了迭代学习控制来实现记忆截割。此外,还建立了截割系统的动力学方程,以采煤机摇臂摆角作为控制量,并通过MATLAB仿真进行验证。仿真结果表明,基于迭代学习控制的采煤机记忆截割能够实现对煤岩分界面的轨迹跟踪。
In order to realize the automation of coal mining, it is necessary to realize the automatic determination of coal-rock interface. In this paper, the working principle of memory cutting of shearer was introduced. According to the characteristics of shearer cutting system, iterative learning control was selected to realize memory cutting. In addition, the dynamic equation of the cutting system was established, and the swing angle of the shearer rocker arm was taken as the control variable, which was verified by the simulation of MATLAB. The simulation results showed that the memory cutting of shearer based on iterative learning control could track the trajectory of coal-rock interface.
