摘要
工业4.0和物联网也是压铸业当前的热门话题,但如何将其转化为实实在在的好处,是目前许多压铸厂家关心的问题。压铸单元智能化管理系统(Smart Cell Management, SCM),是迈向压铸工业4.0的重要一步。应用智能技术,建立一个集成控制平台,不仅能够对单元内所有设备数据采集和处理,可以诊断和解决各种意外停机,而且能够与MES或ERP系统连通。基于数据分析和先进的算法,可预测潜在的故障停工,改善单元的运行效率。
        Industry 4.0 and the internet of things have become two hot topics in the die casting industry, but how to translate them into tangible advantages is an issue of interest for die casting enterprises. Smart Cell Management(SCM)will be the most important step toward die casting Industry 4.0. Applying smart technologies to establish an integrated control system(SCM), it can not only collect and process the data from all cell participants together, give operators and technicians the opportunity to diagnose and fix non-scheduled production interruption faster, but enable connection with higher-level MES and ERP systems. Based on data analytics and advanced algorithms, smart cell management can bring about the opportunity for predictive analytics to identify potential downtimes before they happen, plan scheduled maintenance and improve productivity.
