程氏蠲痹汤的抗炎镇痛作用

摘要
目的观察新安医家经典名方程氏蠲痹汤的抗炎镇痛作用。方法利用热板法检测小鼠痛阈,采用二甲苯、角叉菜胶和弗氏完全佐剂分别复制小鼠耳肿胀模型、大鼠急性炎症和慢性炎症模型;观察程氏蠲痹汤对小鼠痛阈、耳肿胀率的影响及其对大鼠足肿胀率、屈关节疼痛的影响。结果 20.40、10.20g/kg程氏蠲痹汤可显著提高小鼠的痛阈,降低二甲苯引起的耳肿胀度(P<0.05);且10.20、5.10g/kg程氏蠲痹汤可显著缓解大鼠急性、慢性炎性足肿胀,减轻其屈关节疼痛(P<0.05)。结论程氏蠲痹汤对动物急性、慢性炎症具有较好的抗炎镇痛作用。
Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Cheng's Juanbi Decoction,a classic prescription of Xin'an medicine.Methods The hot plate method was used to measure the pain threshold of mice.Xylene was used to establish a mouse model of ear swelling,and carrageenin and Freund's complete adjuvant were used to establish rat models of acute and chronic inflammation,respectively.The effects of Cheng's Juanbi Decoction on the pain threshold and ear swelling rate of mice and the paw swelling rate and flexor pain of rats were observed.Results Cheng's Juanbi Decoction at a dose of 20.40 and 10.20 g/kg significantly increased the pain threshold and reduced the degree of ear swelling in mice(P<0.05);Cheng's Juanbi Decoction at a dose of 10.20 and 5.10 g/kg significantly alleviated acute and chronic inflammatory paw swelling and flexor pain in rats(P<0.05).Conclusion Cheng's Juanbi Decoction has good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects on acute and chronic inflammation in animals.
