摘要
目的:为了提高行为失常患儿早期诊断的准确性,利于进行早期干预性治疗,我们利用功能影像技术SPECT成像对行为失常儿童可能存在的脑损伤靶点进行了探讨和分析。方法:回顾性研究了304例已确诊的行为失常儿童SPECT影像和临床资料,并对SPECT影像结果分别进行可视化靶点对应分析和定量统计学分析。结果:102例Autism患儿损伤靶点部位为颞叶+额前皮质(79.4%);43例ASPERGERS征损伤靶点部位为颞叶+枕叶视皮质区(74.4%);93例ADHD损伤靶点部位为基底神经节区(96.7%);66例Tic损伤靶点部位为额叶-颞叶-基底神经节形成环状结构(90.9%)。结论:行为失常患儿SPECT影像结果显示确实存在脑内易损靶点部位,借助于分析和关注这些脑内对应靶点影像特征,有助于对这些疾病的早期诊断及避免误诊漏诊,进而有利于早期干预和治疗。
        Object: In order to improve the accuracy of early diagnosis of children with behavioral disorders,which is conducive to early intervention treatment,we explored and analyzed the potential injury targets in brain in children with behavioral disorders by using functional imaging techniques SPECT imaging. Methods: SPECT images and clinical data of304 children with clinically diagnosed behavioral disorders were retrospectively studied,and SPECT images were analyzed visually and quantitatively. Results: The injury targets in brain of 102 Autism were temporal lobe and frontal cortex(79. 4%),43 ASPERGERS were temporal lobe and occipital lobe visual cortex area(74. 4%),93 ADHD were basal ganglia(96. 7%),66 Tic were frontal cortex-temporal lobe-basal ganglia cyclic( 90. 9%). Conclusion: SPECT images showed that there were indeed vulnerable injury targets in the brain of children with behavioral disorders,and it is helpful for early diagnosis and avoiding misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis by analyzing the SPECT images of the vulnerable injury targets,which is beneficial to the early intervention and treatment.
