自我表露对乳腺癌患者益处发现的影响:亲密关系和自我效能感的链式中介作用

摘要
目的:探讨乳腺癌患者亲密关系及自我效能感在自我表露与益处发现之间的中介效应。方法:采用一般资料调查问卷、痛苦表露指数量表、亲密关系满意度问卷、一般自我效能感问卷、中文版益处发现评定量表对278例乳腺癌患者进行问卷调查。结果:相关分析显示,自我表露、亲密关系、自我效能感、益处发现得分两两之间均呈正相关;中介模型检验表明,自我表露对益处发现的直接效应显著,亲密关系和自我效能感在自我表露与益处发现之间的中介作用显著,且亲密关系-自我效能感的链式中介作用也显著。结论:自我表露不仅直接影响益处发现,还可分别通过亲密关系、自我效能感的中介作用,以及亲密关系-自我效能感的链式中介作用间接影响益处发现。
Objective: To explore the mediating effect of intimacy and self-efficacy between self-disclosure and benefit finding of breast cancer patients. Methods: 278 breast cancer patients were investigated with general information questionnaire, Benefit Finding Scale(BFS), The Distress Disclosure Index(DDI), the Quality of Relationship Index(QRI) and General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES). Deviation correction of percentile bootstrap method were used to test the chain mediating effect of intimacy and self-efficacy between self-disclosure and benefit finding. Results: Correlation analysis showed that selfdisclosure, intimacy, self-efficacy, and benefit finding were positively correlated with each other. Mediation modeling analysis showed that self-disclosure had a direct effect on benefit finding. The effect value was 0.21, and the effect was 42.86%.Intimacy and self-efficacy mediation effect value were 0.16 and 0.10, and the mediation effect were 32.65% and 20.41%.While chain mediating effect of intimacy-self-efficacy was also significant, and the mediation effect value was 0.02 and the. Conclusion: Selfdisclosure influences breast cancer patients' benefit finding, not only through the direct path, but also through the indirect path of intimacy and self-efficacy, as well as the chain mediating path between these two variables.
