In view of the situation that current domestic public building's operation management mode is comparatively traditional, many buildings mainly adopt the method of manual recording to meter and add up the energy consumption, and the environmental and safety monitoring index related to human healthy and safety have been neglected. This paper takes Beijing New World Hotel as an example, through the structure of integrated monitoring and management platform, the monitoring data related to building energy, environment and safety will be displayed and analyzed in the platform, the comprehensive performance of the existing buildings will be improved, the core performance index of building's energy efficiency, environment and safety will be systematically sorted out, the comprehensive index system will be formed. This platform will facilitate managers to make effective decisions according to the data displayed and analyzed in the platform. Then effective energy saving will be achieved, and it will ensure the good environment and safety in the building.
