袋装饲料装车机龙门架有限元分析及优化

摘要
针对袋装饲料装车机龙门架,对其进行有限元分析及优化设计,在满足强度和工作要求的条件下减轻龙门架的重量。在龙门架的极限工况状态下,基于实验设计,建立龙门架横梁截面设计参数对静力学特性的响应曲面模型,采用多目标遗传算法对建立的响应曲面模型进行优化,得到了横梁优化截面,并将优化前后龙门架的强度进行对比。优化后的龙门架在变形没有增加的前提下,龙门架横梁重量减少了20.8%,最大等效应力值降低了2.7%。结果显示,优化设计出的龙门架结构满足工作和强度的要求,且得到了较好的优化减重设计。
        Aiming at the portal frame of the bagged feed loading machine, the finite element analysis and optimization design are carried out to reduce the weight of the portal frame under the condition of meeting the strength and working requirements. Based on the experimental design, the response surface model of the cross-section design parameters of the portal frame beam to the static characteristics is established under the limit working condition of the portal frame. The multi-objective genetic algorithm is used to optimize the established response surface model to obtain the beam. Optimize the section and compare the strength of the portal frame before and after optimization. Under the premise that the deformation of the optimized one did not increase the weight of portal frame beam was reduced by20.8% and the maximum equivalent stress value was reduced by 2.7%. The results showed that the optimized design of the portal frame structure meets the requirements of work and strength, and a better optimized weight reduction design is obtained.
