摘要
目的:分析不同产程时长对妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus, GDM)孕妇以及新生儿出生血糖的影响。方法:收集2017年6月至2018年6月期间深圳市福田区妇幼保健院住院的GDM孕妇患者1 000例为研究对象,按不同产次和不同产程分成四组,记录测量四组GDM孕妇产程血糖波动、胎儿娩出后产妇即刻血糖情况、新生儿出生即刻血糖和新生儿体重情况。结果:与初产妇(G1.和G2.)相比,经产妇产程血糖波动范围、产妇平均血糖水平、胎儿娩出后产妇即刻血糖和新生儿出生即刻血糖均偏低(P<0.05);同时发现,第一产程和第二产程时长较长G2.和G4.组的产程血糖波动范围、产妇平均血糖水平、胎儿娩出后产妇即刻血糖和新生儿出生即刻血糖相对较高。结论:产程时长可影响GDM患者的孕妇产时血糖及新生儿出生血糖,应加强GDM患者的分娩时间和分娩过程中血糖控制。
        Objective:To analyze the effects of different duration of labor on different duration of labor on blood glucose in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) and newborns. Methods:1000 cases of pregnant women with GDM hospitalized in maternal and child health care hospital in Futian District of Shenzhen from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research subjects and were divided into four groups according to different production times and different production process. The blood glucose fluctuations in the pregnant women with GDM of the four groups during the labor stage, the immediate blood glucose level of the parturient after delivery, the immediate blood glucose and the weight of the newborn were measured and recorded in the four groups. Results: Compared with the primipara(G1. and G2.), the range of blood glucose fluctuation, the average blood sugar level of the parturient, the immediate blood glucose after the birth of the fetus and the immediate blood sugar of the newborn were lower(P<0.05). At the same time, it was found that the first and second stages of labor were longer, and in group G2 and group G4, the range of blood glucose fluctuation, the average blood glucose level of pregnant women, the immediate blood glucose of the parturient after delivery, and the immediate blood glucose of newborn babies were relatively higher. Conclusion:The duration of labor can affect the blood glucose of pregnant women with GDM and the birth blood glucose of the newborn. So the delivery time of GDM patients and blood glucose control during delivery should be strengthened.
