摘要
对影响汽车煤采样机采样头安全准确定位的因素进行分析,介绍了1种基于车厢长度、车厢宽度、拉筋位置等车厢数据的车辆位置判别方式,通过红外感应开关检测车厢停靠位置,根据采样大车工作长度、车厢长度采样程序自动判别车厢是否停靠在安全区域内,在采样自动程序设置误差允许值以确保采样通行效率及有效提高汽车煤采样机的运行安全性。
The factors which affected the safe and accurate location of sampling head of sampling machine for coal in the automobile vehicle were analyzed,a vehicle location judgment method based on carriage data such as the carriage length,carriage width and tension location was introduced,through the infrared sensor switch,the carriage stop location could be detected,according to the sampling big vehicle working length and carriage length,whether the carriage was parking at the safe area could be automatically judged by sampling process,the error allowance value could be set by sampling automatic process to ensure the sampling passing efficiency,and improve the operation safety of vehicle coal sampling machine effectively.
