美国硅谷发展经验对长春新区的启示

摘要
自21世纪初以来,国家将振兴东北老工业基地列为重大战略举措,新一轮振兴东北的号角吹响。长春新区作为第十七个国家级新区,在"一带一路"的伟大建设中,是助推长吉图战略和实施东北振兴战略的关键点,其发展具有重大意义。美国硅谷作为世界成功园区的典范,其发展经验对于长春新区具有重要启示。论文通过对美国硅谷的历史沿革、发展现状与发展模式进行全面分析,最后提出硅谷发展经验对长春新区的几点启示。
Since the beginning of the 21st century, the state has listed the revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China as a major strategic measure, a new round of clarion call for the revitalization of Northeast China sounded. As the seventeenth state-level new district,Changchun new area is a key point in boosting the strategy of Chang-Ji-Tu and implementing the strategy of revitalizing northeast China in the great construction of "one belt and one road", and its development is of great significance. Silicon Valley in the United States is a model of successful park in the world. Its development experience has important enlightenment for Changchun New Area. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the history, development status and development mode of Silicon Valley in the United States, and finally puts forward some enlightenment of the development experience of Silicon Valley to Changchun New Area.
