摘要
为了研究炼焦煤煤岩指标对焦炭热性质的影响,实现优化炼焦配煤方案和指导炼焦生产的目标,进行了鞍钢常用炼焦煤镜质组平均最大反射率分析和炼焦试验研究。结果表明,鞍钢炼焦用煤单种煤镜质组平均最大反射率与焦炭热性质指标相关性较好,其中与焦炭反应后强度相关性可达0.96,当镜质组平均最大反射率在1.32%~1.37%范围时,所得焦炭热性质较好。当生产用配合煤镜质组平均最大反射率由1.243%提高到1.306%时,活惰比由4.15降低到3.17,焦炭反应性下降1.9个百分点,焦炭反应后强度上升2.4个百分点,焦炭质量显著提高。
        In order to study the effect of sintering coal petrography indexes on the thermal properties of coke,achieve the goal of optimizing the coal blending scheme for coking and guiding the coking process,the mean maximum reflectance of vitrinite(■)of the coking coals frequently-used in Ansteel was analyzed and then the studies on coking experiments were carried out.The test results showed that the correlation between ■ and the thermal properties of individual coking coal in Ansteel was good and the correlation coefficient between ■ and the coke strength after reaction was 0.96.When ■ of in dividual cok ing coal was between 1.32%and 1.37%,the thermal properties of the coke were better.When ■ of blended coals in coking process was increased from 1.243%to 1.306%,the ratio of active-inert components was decreased from 4.15 to 3.17.In addition,the coke reactivity was reduced by 1.9%,while the coke strength after reaction was improved by 2.4%.The quality of coke was obviously improved.
