摘要

目的讨论艾滋病(AIDS)高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)后发生免疫重建综合征(IRS)并发肺结核的临床特点。方法选取我院中艾滋病患者进行高效抗逆转录病毒治疗后发生免疫重建综合征并发肺结核的患者50例。结果艾滋病HAART后IRS并发肺结核的患者有26. 2%的患者出现呼吸道症状,有28. 7%患者出现结核中毒症状,有40. 55%患者出现肺部结节病变,35. 7%患者出现纵膈淋巴肿大,有19. 0%患者出现痰菌阳性率。结论有利于医生的诊断,具有重要的临床价值。
        Objective To discuss the clinical features of immune reconstitution syndrome( IRS) complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis after AIDS high-effective antiretroviral therapy( HAART). Methods Fifty patients with immune reconstitution syndrome complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis after intensive antiretroviral treatment in AIDS patients in our hospital were selected. Results Patients with IRS-associated pulmonary tuberculosis after HAART had 26. 4% respiratory symptoms,28. 7% had tuberculosis symptoms,40. 55% had pulmonary nodular lesions,and 35. 7% had mediastinal lymphadenopathy,19. 0% The patient has a positive rate of sputum. Conclusion It is beneficial to the doctor's diagnosis and has important clinical value.
