摘要

质量是房屋建筑产品赢得市场的根本品质属性,质量管理体系的优劣决定了房屋建筑企业的生死存亡。本文主要研究了房建工程质量管理的特征、体系建设内容、体系建设方法措施,并通过应用实例分析了其有效性,为业界同行进行体系建设提供思路借鉴。
        The quality is the fundamental attribute for houses and architectures to win the markets. While, the quality management system determines the life and death of enterprises conducting housing construction. This paper mainly studies the characteristics, system construction, methods and measures of its establishment. With the application of real cases, the paper analyzes the effectiveness of the system, in order to provide industry peers with the ideas and references for the system construction.
