摘要
目的:建立同时测定新胃乃安片中毛蕊异黄酮苷、芒柄花苷、毛蕊异黄酮、芒柄花素等4种异黄酮成分的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC外标法测定上述4种异黄酮成分的含量,以毛蕊异黄酮苷为内参物,建立毛蕊异黄酮苷与芒柄花苷、毛蕊异黄酮、芒柄花素的相对校正因子,通过相对校正因子计算出芒柄花苷、毛蕊异黄酮、芒柄花素的量,计算结果与外标法实测值进行比较。结果:建立了一测多评同时测定新胃乃安片中4种异黄酮成分的含量测定方法,该方法与外标法测定结果没有明显差异。结论:该研究建立的一测多评法简单方便,可同时测定新胃乃安片中4种异黄酮类成分含量,为建立完善的新胃乃安片质量标准提供参考依据。
        Objective:To establish a method for simultaneously determination of four isoflavones(calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,ononin,calycosin,formononetin)in Xin Wei Nai An Tablet.Methods:The external standard of HPLC method was used to simultaneously determine the contents of four isoflavones in Xin Wei Nai An Tablet.Calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside was taken as internal standard substance to calculate the relative correction factors(RCFs)for calculated the content of ononin,calycosin,formononetin.The obtainedresults were then compared with the external standard method results.Results:The quantitative analysis method of multi-component with a single-maker(QAMS)was established to simultaneously determine four isoflavones in Xin Wei Nai An Tablet.The results calculated with QAMS were consistent with the results by the external standard method.Conclusion:QAMS method is simple,feasible,and reproducible,which could provide a reference for further research on completing the quality control of Xin Wei Nai An Tablet.
