高压气淬对8Cr4Mo4V钢制轴承套圈变形的影响

摘要
针对8Cr4Mo4V高温钢制薄壁轴承套圈在热处理过程中易产生变形、翘曲及锥度等问题,通过真空渗碳炉高压气淬热处理工艺,在保证淬透性的同时,显著减小套圈的变形、翘曲及锥度。结果表明:与普通真空炉油淬相比,高压气淬可使套圈尺寸变形率降低约50%,锥度可控制在0.15 mm以内,显著提高了产品合格率。
        Aiming at distortion problems about thin- wall bearing rings made of high temperature steel 8Cr4Mo4 V during heat treatment process,the distortion of rings are greatly reduced through high pressure gas quenching process in vacuum carburizing furnace while ensuring hardenability. The results show that compared with oil quenching in general vacuum furnace,the elliptical distortion of rings can be reduced about 50% by high pressure gas quenching,the taper can be controlled within 0. 15 mm,and the qualified rate of products is greatly improved.
