摘要
为探索GCr15钢薄壁套圈高压气淬的可行性,对有效壁厚5 mm的GCr15钢制薄壁轴承套圈在真空炉中以不同压力的氮气进行了气淬试验。结果表明:高压气淬能满足薄壁套圈的淬透性要求;最佳气淬压力为0.3~0.4 MPa,此时套圈变形较小,且淬火组织和硬度均能满足相关标准的要求。
In order to explore the feasibility of high- pressure gas quenching for thin- walled rings made of steel GCr15,the gas quenching tests are carried out in a vacuum furnace under different pressure of nitrogen for rings of thin- walled bearings made of steel GCr15 with effective wall thickness of 5 mm. The results show that the high- pressure gas quenching meets the hardenability requirements of thin- walled ring. The optimum gas quenching pressure is 0. 3~ 0. 4 MPa,the deformation of rings is smaller,the structure and hardness after quenching meet the requirements of relevant standard.
