氟碳丙烯酸乳液的制备与应用

摘要
以传统乳液聚合的方法,使用可聚合乳化剂,功能单体湿附着力促进剂MEEU,合成了具有核壳结构的氟碳丙烯酸乳液。通过红外、接触角、玻璃化转变等表征了产物的结构,并将氟碳丙烯酸乳液制备成水性工业漆,测试了氟碳丙烯酸乳液耐水、附着力及耐盐雾等性能。结果表明,具有特殊功能及结构的含氟碳丙烯酸乳液具有较好的耐水及耐盐雾性能,同时对金属基材有着优异的附着力。
        A series of fluoro acrylic latexwith core-shell structure were synthesized by traditional emulsion polymerization, which were incorporated adhesion promoter monomer MEEU and polymerized surfactants. The latexwere characterized by IR, contact angle, and glass transition temperature, etc.. And the products were made into waterborne industrial coatings. The final application properties, including water resistance, adhesion, and frog resistance and so on, were also investigated. The results showed that the latex with special functional monomer and structures could afford competitive performance, such as outstanding water and frog resistance. At the same time, it had good adhesion on the metal substrate.
