摘要
本文针对容积3000m~3、壁厚为66mm、材质为09MnNiDR钢制低温球罐,在冬季0℃以下气候条件下进行组装和焊接作业,为有效控制球罐现场组焊中所产生的应力,防止焊接过程中裂纹的产生,保证焊接质量,通过研究分析焊接裂纹的成因,制订了预防与控制裂纹形成的措施,有效地控制了低温球罐在冬季组焊施工中裂纹的产生。
In this paper, aiming at the low temperature spherical tank made of 09 MnNiDR steel with a volume of 3000 m3, a wall thickness of 66 mm and a material of 09 MnNiDR, the assembly and welding operations are carried out under the climate below 0℃ in winter. In order to effectively control the stress in the field assembly welding of spherical tank, prevent the cracks from occurring in the welding process and ensure the welding quality, the causes of welding cracks are studied and analyzed, and the prevention and control of crack formation are formulated. The measures have effectively controlled the cracks of low temperature spherical tanks in winter welding construction.
