摘要
针对稀土钢板材厂供某汽车厂使用的BT510L钢在冷弯过程中出现开裂的问题,利用扫描电镜和金相显微镜对BT510L开裂的断口、夹杂物和组织形貌进行了分析,同时调查供货批次钢中P、S等杂质的影响。结果表明,开裂断口处的硫化锰夹杂是导致开裂的主要原因,通过优化精炼过程控制工艺,降低了钢水硫含量,避免了此类缺陷的发生。
The fracture,inclusions and morphology of cracked BT510L were analyzed with the scanning electron microscope and metalloscope aiming at the cracking in cold bending of BT510L steel for a car factory supplied by Rare Earth Steel Plate Plant. Meanwhile,the influences of impurities such as P and S in the batch of steel were invesgated. The results showed that the inclusion of manganese sulfide at the fracture of crack was the main cause. The content of sulfur in molten steel is reduced and such defects are avoided by optimizing the control technology in refining process.
