以就业为导向的大学生职业道德培养

摘要
近些年,我国高校扩招数量及规模不断递增,在为社会培养更多优秀人才的同时,客观上也加大了高校毕业生就业压力。大学生就业难现象的有效解决除了国家层面上的高层设计引导外,从自身做好以就业为导向的高校学生职业道德培养也极为关键和必要。该文立足高校就业形势,剖析当前大学生职业道德素养缺失问题,总结提高大学生职业道德培养水平对策思路。
In recent years, the number and scale of enrollment expansion in China's colleges and universities has been increasing. While cultivating more outstanding talents for the society, it has also objectively increased the employment pressure of college graduates. Effective Solution of the Difficulties in College Students' Employment In addition to the high-level design guidance at the national level, it is also crucial and necessary to cultivate the professional ethics of college students. Based on the employment situation of colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the current lack of professional ethics of college students and summarizes the countermeasures to improve the professional ethics of college students.
