大数据背景下校友资源的管理及应用

摘要
高校校友是指曾经在同所高校工作、学习的师生员工,如高校的领导、教师、干部、职工、大学生等。互联网技术在教育领域中的应用给高校校友资源管理工作拓展了宽广的空间。互联网的成熟应用为校友资源管理提供了多元化的工作方法,同时还提升了校友资源管理工作的实效性。尤其是大数据技术的应用可以对校友资源进行精准分析,开展归类整合,以深入挖掘校友资源。大数据背景下可以通过建设高校校友资源整合系统平台以及配备高质量大数据人才队伍来开展校友资源的管理与应用,深入挖掘校友资源,为高校建设发展做出贡献。
College alumni refer to the people who have worked and studied in the same college, such as leaders, teachers,cadres, employees, and students. The application of Internet technology in the field of education has opened up a broad space for the management of college alumni resources. The mature application of the Internet provides diversified working methods for alumni resource management, and also enhances the effectiveness of alumni resource management. In particular, the application of big data technology can accurately analyze alumni resources, carry out classification and integration, and dig deep into alumni resources. In the context of big data, we can build alumni resources integration system and platform and high-quality big data talent team to carry out the management and application of alumni resources, and deeply explore alumni resources to contribute to the development of colleges and universities.
