摘要
为了推广翻转课堂在病理学课程中的应用,介绍了翻转课堂的教学方法,分析了翻转课堂教学模式对教师及学生的影响,阐述了翻转课堂在病理学课程中的应用:完善病理学师资队伍建设,设计病理学线上学习平台,规范课堂考核过程,完善病理学学习评价机制,这样能充分满足学生的个性化需求,进一步提升病理学课程的教学效果。
In order to promote the application of flipped classroom in pathology course,this paper introduces the teaching methods of flipped classroom,analyses the influence of flipped classroom teaching mode on teachers and students,and expounds the application of flipped classroom in pathology course: perfecting the construction of pathology teachers,designing pathology online learning platform,standardizing classroom assessment process,and improving pathology learning evaluation. The mechanism can fully meet the individual needs of students and further improve the teaching effect of pathology course.
