摘要
新媒体时代为大学生就业带来更多的机遇,也带来更多的新挑战。焦虑是大学生在就业时面临的常见心理问题之一,这一"老问题"在新媒体时代呈现出"新特点"。从生态系统论的视角出发,可发现四个层次环境中的剧烈冲突构成大学生就业焦虑的成因系统,分别是宏观的社会就业环境、中观的社会舆论环境、原生家庭环境、微观的自我环境。在"国家—高校—家庭"辅助就业链条之外,还要做好大学生就业心理的自我建设,让学生在严峻的就业形势中从自信迈向自强。
With the coming of the fabulous era of new media which features growing opportunities and challenges,university students are exposed with one of the traditional psychological problems—employment anxiety, which shows new characteristics at present era of new media. And it's imperative to analyze the source of the anxiety in order to overcome it. According to ecological systems theory, the dramatic conflicts among four levels of environment contributes the systematic factors of university students' employment anxiety, that is the macro social employment environment, the meso social viewpoints environment, the original family environment, and the micro individual environment. To solve the traditional problem in current surroundings, with assistance of the "country-university-family" employment chain,the self-construction of university students' psychology in hunting jobs is indispensable so that students can push their confidence toward their power under the tough job market.
