新时期地方性高校教师绩效评价体系建设思路

摘要
由于科研水平是当前高校评估的主要依据,地方性高校的人才培养和服务社会职能被相应的低估,这一问题也体现在地方性高校的教师绩效评价体系上,"重科研、轻教学"成为高校绩效评价主流。新时期高等教育"双一流"建设背景下,这种趋势愈发明显,将严重影响我国高校教育事业发展。本文结合当前地方性高校教师绩效评价现状,基于地方性高校职能均衡发展,对教师绩效评价体系建设的原则与发展思路进行探索。
Since the scientific research level is the main basis for the evaluation of colleges and universities, the talent training and service social functions of local colleges and universities are correspondingly underestimated. This problem is also reflected in the teacher performance evaluation system of local universities, and "heavy research and light teaching" has become the mainstream of university performance evaluation. Under the background of the "double first-class" construction of higher education in the new era, this trend has become more and more obvious, which will seriously affect the development of education in China's colleges and universities. Based on the current status of local university teachers' performance evaluation, this paper explores the principles and development ideas of teacher performance evaluation system construction based on the balanced development of local university functions.
