摘要
气体罗茨流量计是主要用于对管道中气体流量进行连续或间歇测量的高精度计量仪表.罗茨流量计中的罗茨转子性能决定了流量计本身的性能,而罗茨转子型线的优劣决定了转子性能的好坏.本研究设计了一种以极角为变量、极径为函数的分段高次曲线组成的新型罗茨转子型线,通过编程得到型线上各点的坐标,连接后得到完整的转子型线.还对新罗茨型线的特性进行了分析,并与其他类型的罗茨转子型线进行比较,以验证新型罗茨型线的优越性.
        Gas Roots flowmeter is mainly used for continuous or intermittent measurement of gas flow in pipelines.The performance of flowmeter is determined by Roots rotor;and the performance of the rotor is determined by the quality of the Roots rotor profile.A new Roots rotor profile which consistsed of high-order piecewise function of polar coordinates was proposed.The coordinates of a series points of the profiles were obtained by programming;and the whole rotor profile was attained by connecting the points.An analysis and comparison of the characteristics of the new Roots profile with that of other types of Roots rotor profiles verified its superiority.
