摘要
使用Aspen Plus软件对氨水蒸馏工艺过程进行了数学模拟,并将模拟结果与宝钢湛江钢铁公司的现场数据进行比较,发现两者有良好的一致性,从而验证了模型的正确性,具有一定的理论意义和应用价值。
        Mathematical simulation is done for ammonia stripping process by using Aspen Plus. A comparison is made between the simulation result and the actual value of Baosteel Zhanjiang plant.No deviation is found which proves that the model is correct and valuable both theoretically and practically.
