摘要
方法测定的镁、钒、铬、铁、钴、铜、锰、钼和钨TG6钛合金通过icp-aes是由使用的混合水,盐酸、氢氟酸和硝酸溶解样品,控制雾化气体的流量0.651/min。研究了钦基体和共存元素对待测元素的影响。采用矩阵匹配法消除矩阵效应。检出限为0.0003-0.0057g/mL。相对标准偏差为0.26%-13.6%,回收率为93%-110%。根据TG6钛合金ti-5.8al-4sn-4zr-0.5 ta-0.7nb-0.4si-0.06C的标称成分制备了模拟的TG6钛合金试样,实验方法得到的结果与理论值基本一致。本文对电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定钛铁中Ti Si P Al Mn Cu进行分析,本方法准确可靠,简便快捷。
Methods the measured magnesium,vanadium,chromium,iron,cobalt,copper,manganese,molybdenum and tungsten TG6 titanium alloys were dissolved by icp-aes using mixed water,hydrochloric acid,hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid.The flow rate of atomized gas was controlled at 0.65 1/min.The effects of titanium matrix and coexisting elements on the measured elements were studied.Matrix matching method was used to eliminate matrix effect.The detection limit is 0.0003-0.005 7 g/mL.The relative standard deviation was 0.26%-13.6%,and the recovery was 93%-110%.The simulated TG6 titanium alloy sample was prepared according to the nominal component of TG6 titanium alloy ti-5.8 al-4 sn-4 zr-0.5 ta-0.7 nb-0.4 si-0.06 c.the results obtained by the experimental method were basically consistent with the theoretical values.The determination of Ti Si P Al Mn Cu in ferrotitanium by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry is analyzed in this paper.
