新时代高校“创+思政”教育模式实践探索

摘要
新时代新工科背景下,创新创业教育是时代之需,高校思政教育是育人之本,要牢抓"创新创业教育+思政引领"。"创+思政"精英引领计划致力于构建高校创新创业教育、学业指导与思想政治教育有机结合的新型人才培养模式;立足于"教学、科研、竞赛、实践、产业"五位一体的协同育人平台建设。建议将思想引领与创新创业教育有机融合,两手齐抓,致力于为根正苗红的思政朋辈引领者植入创新创业基因,将创新创业精英培养成又红又专的思想领袖,最终建设成特色彰显的"1+5+X"创新创业人才全程协同培养机制。
Against the background of emerging engineering in the new era, innovation and entrepreneurship education is the need of the times. As the ideological and political education in colleges and universities is the foundation of cultivating students, we should insist on the "innovation and entrepreneurship education +ideological and political guidance". The "Innovation and Entrepreneurship + Ideology and Politics" Elite Leading Plan is committed to creating a new personnel training mode that integrates innovative and entrepreneurial education, academic guidance and ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era, together with the new requirements of higher education. Based on the construction of a five-inone collaborative education platform of "teaching, scientific research, competition, practice and industry", this plan integrates ideological guidance with innovative and entrepreneurial education which will both be adhered to at the same time. We will implant innovative entrepreneurship genes for the political peer leaders loyal to China and cultivate innovative entrepreneurship elites who are both socialist-minded and professionally experts.Ultimately we hope to build a distinctive "1+5+X" Whole-process Collaborative Cultivation Mechanism for creative talents.
